Below are shaft measurements , not light switch rod measurement. If your original light rod is missing, measure the steering shaft with a piece of string or wire.

Part # A-3643 | Model Year 28-39
This is the part that fits the square part of the light rod and operates the light switch. Pressed steel as original. When installing, tabs of the spider should be at 12:00 and 6:00.
Part # A-3643-T | Model Year 28-31
Slips around the ears of the light switch spider and gives you a large surface to push on so you can compress the spring to install the retainer. U.S.A.
Part # A-3644 | Model Year 28-36
The small U shaped retainer that holds the spider on the rod. Better order an extra one since they are small and easily lost. U.S.A.
Part # A-3642 | Model Year 28-39
This is the spring that holds tension against the spider to hold the light switch rod in place. U.S.A.
