Part # A-8212-C | Model Year 28-31
The Canadian built Model A's used this emblem. The only difference in this emblem and the regular Model A emblems is the background is black instead of blue. It attaches to the shell just like the A-8212-AC emblem. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you will pull the mounting stud from the back fo the emblem. U.S.A.

Part # A-8212-AC | Model Year 28-30
This emblem can also be used for the 1928-30 Model A's. It has a blue enamel background like the originals did. The difference in this emblem is that it has a threaded stud on the emblem and uses a clip held on with a nut to clamp it to the shell. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN or you will pull the stud from the back of the emblem. We recommend using this emblem as the A-8212-A doesn't fit very well in the mounting hole of the radiator shell. U.S.A.

All brass replacement necks only. Just solder in place. Our 1928-29 neck is the correct neck that has a ledge for the gasket to seat against! When soldering the 1930-31 in place, be sure you have the stops for the cap in the proper place!!!  If using a stock cap, it doesn't matter but when using the moto meters or quail style caps, position is critical.
