These were never in the A originally. This is something you can add to run unleaded fuels. Block must be machined to accept them. Seat measures: 1.629" OD, 1.373"ID, .216" thick. After installing seat, top surface must be decked and seats cut to 45 degrees.

Modern stainless steel valve with a straight stem, and a -pc style guide.  Valves have a tuffrided finish for improved oil retention and reduced friction.  Kit comes with 8 valves, 8 guides, 8 retainers, and 16 keepers. Kit is a direct replacement that requires no modifications.  1.537" head diameter. 

Makes collapsing the valve springs a breeze! The hook hooks over the manifold stud and acts as a pivot to pry the spring upward in order to install the keeper. U.S.A.
