The same new forged rod as we use for our inserted rod set except that we have babbitted these like the originals. No need to send cores! Rods are very durable, forged from SAE 4140 chrome moly steel. Rods have built in oil dipper. Side of rod with piston pin clamping bolt goes towards the camshaft.
