This kit gives you a third hand to aid in installation of the manifolds. Bracket threads onto 2 of the manifold studs so the knurled headed bolts can be turned in by hand to hold the manifolds in place while you install the original clamps and nuts on the other two manifold studs. Once you have two clamps in place you remove this tool and replace it with the original clamps. U.S.A.
