With some radiators, it is difficult to see the coolant level due to baffles in the top tank. This kit works like a sight gauge. Simply remove the petcock from the water pipe, install the T fitting which will give you threads to re-install your petcock, install the clear hose over the hose barb in the T fitting. Hose is then ran up the side of the radiator and attached to the radiator brace rod. At the top, a special fitting with a barb attaches to the hose.
