Bracket in this kit bolts to the flywheel. The flywheel is then turned so you can be sure the flywheel housing is correctly shimmed against the block. The small bracket is used to determine if the flywheel is seated properly on the crankshaft. Both of these areas can cause vibration if not properly done. U.S.A.
