Body sockets install in the body of Model A Roadsters and Phaetons to attach the side curtains. They were also used on 1926-27 Roadsters and Touring cars to attach the side curtains to body and top irons. They push into a hole in the door and quarter panel just below the top of the door/quarter panel. The male fastener A-37105 that is attached to the side curtains engages with this part.
