Seals the steering sector shaft where the steering box attaches to the frame.  Simply slide the O-ring over the end of the sector shaft, then the flat steel washer, then slide the steering box/sector housing up against the frame and draw bolts tight.  Kit mounts between steering box and the inside of the frame rail.  Works on 1928-31 model A's.  USA
