These flaps fit both the 21" Wood and Wire Wheels. They are thick bands that protect the inner tube from the wheel. With Model T wood wheels THESE ARE AN ABSOLUTE MUST, without these you can almost guarantee yourself a flat! If your 21" Model A rims are extremely pitted or rough, we recommend using these flaps instead of the rim liners. U.S.A.
