This is a gas tank dummy for street rod applications. Smooth with no hole where the gas filler used to be. Replaces the gas tank in the cowl. Steel. Does not replace the upper portion of the firewall which was part of the old gas tank. Order A-1015-U for that part of the firewall. Fits all 1928-29's except Fordors and Cabriolet. U.S.A.

Street rodders normally get rid of the stock gas tank in the cowl to allow more room for gauges, radios, air ducts, etc. This smooth laminated fiberglass panel replaces the gas tank and gives you a smooth cowl top. Fits 1928-29's except 4-door sedans. You'll still need A-1015-U to replace the upper portion of the firewall that is normally part of the original gas tank. U.S.A.
