The reproduction points that have been made from around 2017 to late 2023 are unfortunately made wrong and the manufacturer refuses to correct the problem.  The issue is that the distance from the pivot point to the contact is longer than it should be. This is supposed to be 1.210" center to center.  Those reproduction points were about 1.248". This point block has been modified in how it mounts to the upper plate to compensate for the length difference and give you a proper alignment of the contacts. U.S.A. 

The current points that we now sell work fine with the original style A-12160 point blocks.
