I need to replace the wood header on my 1930 Coupe. I can see that the six bolts used to retain it are rusted and need to be cut out but how do I get it out once I do that? Do I need to remove the Sun Visor?
yes, you will have to remove the windshield, sun visor, panel covering the front of the header, rear view mirror. You will also have to remove the trim that finishes off the front edge of the top and peel the top back. Depending on the condition of your top, you may have to replace the top when you are done.Date Added: 08/16/05
