Shipping Policy

Handling charges:

C.O.D. shipments add $8.50 C.O.D. fee. (certified check required on all C.O.D. shipments)

Up to $10.00........................................$8.00
$10.01 to $15.00..................................$8.50
$15.01 to $20.00..................................$9.00
$20.01 to $30.00..................................$9.50
$30.01 to $50.00..................................$10.00
$50.01 to $100.00................................$12.00
$100.00 and over add 15%...................Excess will be refunded

All orders exceeding these rates will be subject to actual shipping charges.

Heavy or bulky items such as mufflers, bumpers, tires, radiators, sheet metal, etc. are shipped at actual shipping cost, so please add extra for these. West coast add $1.50 to these rates. Certain delivery areas are subject to a $1.75 extended delivery area surcharge from UPS and Fed-Ex. All shipping must be prepaid for foreign shipments, including Canada, since C.O.D.'s are not accepted by common carriers.

Payment

Check or Money Orders will be accepted. Foreign check must be drawn on a U.S. bank, and must be in U.S. dollars. We also accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF), we will electronically debit your account for the amount of the check plus a processing fee of $30.00.

Sales Tax

All Ohio residents, add 6.5% for sales tax. All parts picked up at the store are subject to this tax.

Phone Orders

If you need parts in a hurry, you may call us at (888) 262-5712 and we will ship your order immediately by UPS, C.O.D. or on Visa, Master Card, or Discover. There is a $10.00 minimum for credit card purchases. For technical information or outside of the U.S., call (330) 549-5313. All U.S. orders phoned in by 2:00 P.M. Eastern time will be shipped the same day.

Prices

We try to maintain prices listed in this catalog, but due to the rapidly changing market we RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PRICES WITHOUT NOTICE.

Returned Goods

PARTS MAY BE RETURNED for valid reason within 30 days. All parts returned must have original order blank included with parts, and an explanation for the return. Parts must be returned prepaid. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Parts returned after the 30 days or parts returned in soiled cartons/bags will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Foreign Orders

Foreign orders can be shipped one of 3 different ways: Parcel Post Surface, Parcel Post Air, or Federal Express. Parcel Post Surface mail is the cheapest way of shipping orders. Allow 25% of the total order dollar value for shipping (this is only an estimate). Surface mail shipments can take 60-90 days to arrive. If there is a delay in receiving a parcel post shipped order, it can take 60 days to receive information from the post office about the shipment. We will not reship an order that has been delayed in arriving until the postal administration has declared the shipment a loss. The post office does not warrant any postage fees involved for reshipping an order.

Parcel Post Air is a quicker way of shipping foreign orders. Allow 40% of the total order dollar value for shipping (this is only an estimate). Air mail shipments usually take between 10 and 30 days to arrive. The same information we have provided above for a lost or delayed parcel applies to Parcel Post Air shipments as well.

The quickest and most reliable way of shipping foreign orders is with Federal Express. These shipments are air shipments and usually take about 10 days to arrive. The parcels are tracked all the way and can be located at any time. If there is a problem with the shipment, Federal Express is very prompt to take care of any problems and reship the order promptly if a problem should arise.
