Hi, I have to change my Early Oval Speedometer in Miles to a Kmh.On a Ford A 1928 Phaeton. I have read that the Oval Northeast Speedos are not rebuildable.I want to order a Speedo by you, but how can i found out, what class of Speedo i have? Leonardo
The Stewart Warner speedometers will have female threads in the back of them for the cable to attach. They will also be stamped Stewart Warner in the back of the stamped steel housing of the speedometer. The ones that are not rebuildable will be made out of pot metal and will have male threads coming out of them.Date Added: 05/24/05
