Model T Carb Controls

When bolting the carb to the intake, getting to the bolt heads can be a real pain! These are long headed bolts that stick out far enough that you can easily get a wrench on the hex.

On the early Kingston and Holley carbs, this pipe ran from the bottom of the carb up to the stove beside the exhaust manifold. U.S.A.

This style carb control was used in 1909 and 1910. It has a brass knob, and a 4-hole brass mounting plate for firewall.

Use this control on any T with a steel firewall. U.S.A.

This style carb control was used from 1911 to 1915. It has a brass knob, and a 2-hole brass mounting plate for firewall.

The late 26-27 carb control rod that is used on the swivel top style carbs. Ford originally made several different lengths of these. This is the longest and may need shortened in some cases....

In 26-27 the T's did not have a separate rod to choke the carb. This sleeve slips up the carb control beyond the cotter pin hole. A piece of wire goes from this sleeve down to the choke arm so...

This brass wire connects onto the choke arm of the carb and sticks out the core of the radiator so you can choke the carb while cranking over the motor. U.S.A.
