regarding question ask on 8/7/05 dropping 12v to 6v inorder to use a 6v horn, Does your answer include the one in your cataloge (a-13803) "I have never seen one that funcioned properly?" If not, would it work to drop a 12v to 6 in modern auto?
Hi!! The A-13803 Horn voltage reducer works fine for the Model A. The components are matched to the Model A & the amount of current needed to do the job. I cannot recommend it for other applications on a modern vehicle. Thank you!!Date Added: 12/28/05
