How do you get a gulled shut gasoline sediment assembly valve open?
Those can be a challenge sometimes. You have to remove the handle from the end of the stem and remove pack nut. After the pack nut is removed you will see packing where the bottom of the pack nut was seated. You have to dig that packing out with pick or something sharp. Once you have the packing dug out the stem of the valve will come out.Date Added: 06/22/04
