I have a 1931 Delux Coupe. What carborator kit do I need?

If your Coupe has the original carburetor on it, it would be the Zenith which is part number A-9595. There are line drawings of the what this carburetor should look like in our catalog. There were common aftermarket carburetors used and most of them were pot metal. Tillotson was the most common and it normally said model XF on the bowl and had 3 fillister headed screws holding the top to the bottom half. Another common carb was the Carter which is identified by 4 screws holding the two halves together. No parts are available for the Carter that I am aware of.
