Can you install the stainless steel running board trim without removing the running boards?
Also what is the installation procedure? Do you have to cut to length?
Bob
All of the running board trim that we sell is already cut to length so no trimming is required.
If you have a 28 or a 29 you will have to remove the boards because the rear trim has to be wrapped around the back side of the board where it meets the splash apron.
If you have a 1930 or a 1931, you can install the trim without removing the boards.
On 1928-29 or 1930, the bolts that hold the running board to the fenders must be removed so the end pieces of trim can slip into place.
