Are there Two types of Oil Pan Sump Plugs fitted to the Model A ? Part Number B6730 is listed as 3/4 inch- 24 TPI which is mentioned in ALL catalogues for 1929 to 1938 My 1931 Tudor has a round removable plate which is held in position by six 1/4 inch

What you have is an oil pan off of a 1928 model A that has what is referred to as a "clean-out". Those early style pans used a drain plug larger than the normal which is part number A-6730-AR. These are listed in the on-line catalog.
