What is the best way to remove the old hubs from the brake drums? Thanks, Rick

You need to be careful doing this or you could bend the flange of the hub where the drum attaches. I would suggest grinding off the old wheel studs until they are flush with the drum. Center punch each of the studs where you just ground them off. Start with a small drill bit and work you way up larger and larger until you brake through the wall of the stud. Do not drill all the way through, leave about 3/16" of metal in the bottom of your hole so you can use a punch to drive the old stud out. By drilling, you relieve the tighness of the stud in the hub/drum and avoid distorting the flange of the hub.
