These repo springs are made using SAE 5160 raw steel flats that are specially blended during the steel forging process to exacting SAE guidelines. These guidelines are repeatedly used to produce raw material specifically designed for leaf spring applications. The raw material is then hand formed under exacting quality guidelines during the spring manufacturing process. During the final assembly process, each individual leaf of the spring is hand fitted to ensure a fully functional and a esthetically pleasing leaf spring. Edges of the top leaf are tapered so they fit properly in the cross member. Spring includes the center spring bolt and bronze shackle bushings. The spring with the most noticeable difference is the roadster spring. This is the only spring on the market today that has the correct shape so the profile of the car sets properly. U.S.A.
