    The web is the triangle shaped piece of metal that goes toward the rear of the inside edge of the fender where it attaches to the body. The dimple was added in March of 1931 to allow clearance for a body rivet on the s/w 4-door sedan body. Pictured is with the dimple. U.S.A.
