This little gadget is actually a duplicate of an accessory that was manufactured by APCO back in the Model A days! Mounts under the head nut above the water inlet on the side of the block. This has a piece of felt in it so all you do is drag your dipstick through it to clean the oil from the dipstick. Stainless steel. U.S.A.
