The best! Every winding is actually unrolled, stripped, stretched and re-insulated with 2 mil teflon tape. Coils are completely stripped to the bare frame, frame is then sand blasted, washed in solvent and inspected for cracks, excessive warping and damaged ground contact. The wire is then stripped, soaked in a cleaning solution, rinsed and again washed in another solution to remove any foreign contaminates. Wire is then polished and stretched so any molecular defects may be found. Wire is then rewound with teflon tap that is resistant to abrasion, high temps, and chemicals. After they are rewound, units are wound in cotton tape. Coil is checked for magnetic attraction and polarity to insure long lasting operation. Lastly, entire field coil is coated with 3 coats of electrical varnish. Exchange only, we must have your core before we will ship a reconditioned unit out. U.S.A.
