These alternators are rebuilt using new components and bench tested before being shipped. Sold outright, so there is no need to send in a core. Comes with tension brace. Now they have the new Max-R pulley that drives at 3 times the engine speed. Fits 1928-31. 12 volt units are negative ground only, and 6 volt units are positive ground only. USA
