For the cast iron ended muffler. This is a 3 piece set to replace the shell section of the muffler. The difference between these 2 shell kits is the number of bolts that hold the muffler together. On the T-4206-SHELL if your old muffler's end cap measures larger than 4.985" the outer shell will not fit properly. U.S.A.
